Acceptance

By accessing or using TitleGard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TitleGard aggregates government, geospatial, and judicial data to provide indicative property intelligence across web, WhatsApp, and mobile channels.

Indicative intelligence — not a formal search

TitleGard outputs are indicative and intended to support your own due diligence. They are not a formal title search, a licensed valuation, or legal advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for a transaction. Coverage and confidence vary by source and data freshness, and some data may be unavailable or out of date.

No liability for decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleGard accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of its outputs. Valuations in particular are indicative only and carry no warranty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or use outputs to harass, defraud, or unlawfully profile any person.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, and report formats are owned by TitleGard. Source data remains the property of its respective providers.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
